This portal is intended only for the client, family members, or collaborators who were invited by Mr. Specter or by the client receiving the gallery. You are responsible for keeping your access token confidential.
If you believe your token was shared without permission, contact Mr. Specter so access can be reviewed or replaced.
All photographs, previews, edits, and gallery materials remain the intellectual property of Mr. Specter unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. Access to a gallery does not transfer copyright ownership.
You may review and select images for your order or delivery workflow. Copying, redistributing, screen-capturing for commercial use, or publishing gallery images without permission is not authorized.
Mr. Specter may process information such as your name, email address, gallery token, image selections, and technical access data in order to provide secure gallery access, maintain the proofing workflow, and complete final delivery.
This information is used only for operating the client gallery experience, communicating about the gallery, and fulfilling the related photography service. It is not intended to be sold to third parties.
Private galleries, access tokens, and selection records may remain available for a limited period determined by Mr. Specter's workflow, contractual obligations, or backup practices. Availability is not guaranteed indefinitely.
Reasonable steps may be used to protect the portal, but no online service can guarantee absolute security or uninterrupted availability.
Please review your selections carefully before final submission. Once a gallery is finalized, changes may be limited or may require direct approval from Mr. Specter.
If a gallery includes sensitive personal content, you agree to access it respectfully and only for the purpose for which it was shared with you.
